What is this?
Your UserID consists of 7 alphanumerical characters, e.g. abc1def (the same as for the Windows Login, for the Volkswagen Portal or Stibam).
Your UserID is not your email address and consists of 7 capital letters and numbers.
Password
Which?
Enter the password to your UserID (the same as with Volkswagen Portal or Stibam. It is not your Windows password!).

What is this?
Sign in with other Identity Providers. Group Secure Login offers SecurID and its own TOTP login ("VW Group SecureLogin" in your Authenticator app). After login in you will be signed in with CloudIDP.
